Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are set forth by the individual who develops and operates the service "ROX TRAINING" ("the Service") ("Developer"). Users ("Users") shall use the Service in agreement with these Terms. The Service is not an official service of Upsolut Sports GmbH ("Upsolut Sports"), which operates HYROX, but an unofficial service created by fans. "HYROX" is a registered trademark of Upsolut Sports, and the Service is not formally licensed under such trademark. Please note that the Service does not directly use the company's official logos or brand materials.
The Japanese version of these Terms is the authoritative version. Translations into other languages are provided for the convenience of users only; in the event of any conflict or discrepancy, the Japanese version shall prevail.
Article 1 (Service Overview)
- The Service is provided as a tool to help users visualize their training records and history.
- The Service is not an official service of Upsolut Sports and is not based on its trademarks or brand.
- As the Service is operated by an individual developer, long-term operation or maintenance is not guaranteed.
Article 2 (Registration)
- Users shall register for the Service by the method specified by the Developer, in agreement with these Terms.
- Registration may be refused if registration information is false or incorrect, or if the Developer deems it inappropriate.
Article 3 (Account Management)
- Users shall manage account information such as passwords at their own responsibility and shall not lend, transfer, or otherwise provide it to third parties.
- The Developer shall not be liable for any damage arising from unauthorized use of accounts.
Article 4 (Withdrawal and Account Deletion)
- When a user withdraws from the Service, the handling of that user's data shall be in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Article 5 (Prohibited Acts)
- When using the Service, Users shall not engage in the following acts.
- Acts that violate laws or public order and morals
- Acts that place excessive load on servers or networks, or unauthorized access
- Acts that infringe the rights of other users, the Developer, or third parties
- Registration of false information or impersonation of others
- Other acts that the Developer deems inappropriate
Article 6 (Intellectual Property)
- The copyright in the Service and its content (text, design, etc.) belongs to the Developer.
- The rights to data entered by users belong to the users.
Article 7 (Disclaimer)
- The Service is a supplementary tool for managing and visualizing training records and does not guarantee accuracy or completeness. Users shall enter and save training events, dates, and other information at their own responsibility.
- The Developer shall not be liable for any damage to users or third parties arising from the use or unavailability of the Service (including data loss, system failure, communication costs, disputes with third parties, etc.), except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Developer.
- The Service is an unofficial service not affiliated with Upsolut Sports and does not receive official support or warranty.
- The Developer shall not be liable for damage to users caused by failures, specification changes, or discontinuation of external services linked to the Service (e.g., Firebase Authentication, Google Analytics, Sentry).
Article 8 (Modification, Suspension, or Termination of the Service)
- The Developer may modify or temporarily suspend the content of the Service without prior notice.
- As the Service is individually developed, it may be terminated. In such cases, the Developer shall not be liable for any damage to users.
- The Developer will endeavor to give advance notice of any modification, suspension, or termination through notices on the Service or by email where possible.
Article 9 (Changes to the Terms)
- The Developer may change these Terms at any time, and the changes shall take effect when announced on the Service.
- If users continue to use the Service after the change, they shall be deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
- The interpretation of these Terms and any dispute relating to the Service shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
- Any dispute relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive agreed jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Developer's address.
Article 11 (User Responsibility)
- Users may save their name, email address, gym name, goals, training history, etc. on the Service, but shall be responsible for the content and accuracy of such information.
- When sharing or disclosing information recorded on the Service to third parties (including posting images on SNS such as Instagram), users shall do so at their own responsibility, and the Developer shall not be liable for any related matters.
